sysutils/zogftw: Update to 0.0.2025-02-23

The attached patch updates sysutils/zogftw to 0.0.2025-02-23.

Upstream changes:
    - Let the import subcommand support the -f flag to (attempt to)
      import ZFS pools forcefully.
    - Let the import subcommand support the -N flag to optionally
      import the pool[s] without mounting any file systems.
    - Allow to override the incremental mode with a property
      "de.fabiankeil:zogftw:incremental_mode" set on the receiving
      dataset.
    - Fix typos.
    - Add LICENSE file.
