Anton, I'm too against inclusion of the beta versions in a "stable" versions of
ports in the ports tree.
And I'm totally agree that the best way would be to copy the current
transmission and transmission-components port to the separate -dev ports.
But since I don't have a sufficient time to maintain such port I wouldn't mind
if someone take the care of this.

Also this patch can be used as a base for the 4.1.0 release version when it
would be released by an upstream.
Or it can be used for testing by the people who would like to test the latest
version of transmission and build things from ports.
