ghostwriter is a part of KDE Gear distribution, which has monthly releases
schedule. kde@ would like to take maintainership of the port. The attached
patch updates the port to the latest release and makes some other changes.

- Pass the port to kde@ and connect to KDE Gear distribution.
- Add patch to avoid unneeded deps on hunspell.
- Drop unneeded deps/options.
