Disabling UBLIO breaks every day usage (copying files).  Enabling it breaks
creating alien filesystem.  I understand that it's a nuisance, but most users
of this port need it to work with *existing* NTFS filesystems, not to create
new ones.  Perhaps, while waiting for a real fix, we could prevent `mkntfs'
from taking the buggy code path, I'll look into that when time permits.
