This is the utmost concern and a problem!

I would rather be stopped from using this port by inability to create NTFS at a
first place, then pass trough it and then through further usage randomly having
lost/damaged/partial files.

You can't trust it with IO operations if compiled with UBLIO.
That's way this bug can't be renamed to " ... unable to format".
