Update 4.0.3 -> 5.0.13

With v4.0.3 released in 2018, this port is outdated. Ideally it ought to be
updated to v6.1.1, but unfortunately my python skills are not enough to bring
it all the way there.

Please find attached a patch bringing the port to v5.0.13, a release made
mid-last year.

This drops the previously existing FreeBSD specific patch, as it no longer
applies cleanly due to clean-up made upstream. One might argue any future
similar patches should be attempted for inclusion upstream rather than
deviating from it
