Patch for FreebSD/ports to upgrade crowdsec to 1.6.5

Due to recent upgrades on CrowdSec hub scenarios, the nightly crowdsec hub
update job fetches incompatible configuration files.

An upgrade to crowdsec-1.6.5 fixes this problem.

Compiling crowdsec-1.6.5 requires a small workaround in the ports Makefile,
likely the same workaround as described in
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=280885

Patch for upgrading security/crowdsec is attached.
