I will take a look and port it into ezjail base.

I was holding off development after the jail-configuration format was changed
in base to the jail.conf format that is nearly impossible to parse in shell,
until the https://people.freebsd.org/~abial/UCI.html was ready to interface
with the system's jail.conf.

However this never materialised and left me in a bit of a pickle, as how much
work should I put into the project that was warned against by the jail tool.
