Hi. I am unable to get my Microsoft account in online state due to
security/ca_root_nss isn't installed. After installing it, Microsoft account
can became online and no issues whatsoever.

I tested it with/without ca_root_nss and it seems to be the cause.

I think we should add it as a runtime dependency to the prismlauncher port.
