Patch that switches the default tmpDataPath from /tmp to /var/db/vmagent

The port probably shouldn't use /tmp for buffered data, since that folder is
wiped on reboots. Instead, something in /var/db is a better default. The
argument name is a bit misleading (remoteWrite.tmpDataPath), but that folder is
used to store a persistent queue, and /tmp is very much not persistent. I've
attached a patch file fixes this. Thanks for your consideration.
