Thanks for the issue report. It will be fixed in the next port version for a
new installs. 

For an existing install mitigation, please edit the config file named
07_transport.json. It is usually located in /use/local/etc/xray-core/

Do not delete the file as it will be recreated on reinstall. Update the content
to empty curly brackets {}.
