Attempts to compile or pkg install bind918 or bind920 fail with:
/usr/local/lib/libfstrm.so.0: version LIBFSTRM_0.2.0 required by
/usr/local/lib/bind-tools/libdns-9.18.29.so not defined

Installed (compiled) and current pkgs version of fstrm is "fstrm-0.6.1_1" which
does not provide for v2 of libfstrm.
