1.14.4 is the latest version.

I verified that it builds in poudriere and has no plist issues with all option
combinations.

The CONFLICTS_INSTALL=hdf line is removed because there is no conflict.

The DEBUG option is removed because it doesn't do anything.

The JAVA is added. It will be used by some dependencies in Java.
