Of course, due that before creating this PR. But the problem here is that x265
may break again at any moment since we account for 2.46.0 while git 2.46.1 is
already released.
And the simple patch integration can significantly reduce fragility of the port
immediately without need to wait for new release or some other stuff which may
take arbitrary time.
