Hello, thanks for you effort in trying to take care about the OSSP pieces.

Do any of the current maintainers have access to the new web sites? Or are they
even aware of this takeover? Did you contact Ralf S. Engelschall?

Usually a new contributor gains the trust of existent maintainer(s) before he
is given access to the existent infrastructure (source code repository, web
page, ftp, etc), instead of replacing it. Maybe you can ask Ralf for access to
ossp.org?
