Changes:

- Restrict usage of ExtractTo to $ProjectPath.

- Fixed correct PCM device info when 10+ PCM devices are present.

- Delete also *.rar files when cleaning up cache.

Changes to the port:

- Changed runtime to regular wine as it is fully functional again.
