Doesn't bug 277455 resolve this report?

The following is just my memorandum :)
poudriere-3.4.2 writes that /usr/local/etc/poudriere.d/make.conf to
/usr/local/poudriere/jails/*/etc/make.conf when it exists, and by it is used
again, isn't it read twice?
