https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=282275 Bug ID: 282275 Summary: sysutils/mstflint: ConnectX-3 support broken Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: olivier@freebsd.org Reporter: dean@fragfest.com.au Assignee: olivier@freebsd.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(olivier@freebsd.org) Unfortunately it seems that since 4.26 the ConnectX-3 network card is no longer supported (this commit https://github.com/Mellanox/mstflint/commit/52eb6c0ebbe8ad585da2a00c751260a025ad3f20) as reported here https://github.com/Mellanox/mstflint/issues/590 - and release notes where not properly updated. The change is far from trivial, its not just adding some pci-id's or similiar. I am wondering if a 4.25 version could be maintained separately for cx-3 cards? As they are still a very capable 40GB card that are still running in production for many people and increasingly hitting the home market. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
