I am running:
# uname -a
FreeBSD lab 14.1-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE-p5 GENERIC amd64

When I attempt to install websocketd in this new system, I get the following:

# pkg install websocketd
The package management tool is not yet installed on your system.

In the past, I was able to install websocketd without issues. As an example, in
a different machine I get:

# ls -l /usr/local/bin/websocketd
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root wheel 5705600 Jan  1  2024 /usr/local/bin/websocketd
