biology/hmmer: update to 3.4

Attached patch updates the port to 3.4.

Port builds fine on armv7, aarch64, i386, and amd64.
Support for aarch64/armv7 is new.
The test suite passes on armv7, aarch64.  On i386, unit test hmmpgmd_shard_ga
fails:

exercise  299 [     hmmpgmd_shard_ga] ...     FAILED [command failed]

On amd64, two unit tests fail:

exercise  297 [           hmmpgmd_ga] ...     FAILED [crash!]
exercise  299 [     hmmpgmd_shard_ga] ...     FAILED [command failed]

Dear maintainer, please review and if applicable approve of the patch by
setting the "maintainer-approval" flag to + on the patch file.
