add new category fs and move ports to it

The attached patch set applies to ports commit
a5bc9af80c4e943b579d47ee208623bfc3a5251c, adds a new physical category fs, and
moves relevant ports to the new category.  The attachment is an archive of 139
individual patches, to be applied with git-am(1).

It has previously been discussed on ports@ and on github:

See said pull request for a diff view and further details.  Please exp-run all
moved ports and their dependents and indicate whether portmgr approves of this
new category.
