I built on 15-CURRENT as a user (not root).  This is a supported configuration.
 Building as a user must be possible.  USES=uidfix sets some variables to fix
the build for this case, just add it and it should be fine.

The net/relayd precedent is reasonable, but I sincerely hope that you keep this
one up to date or at least swiftly deprecate the port once you no longer have
time to do so.
