Yesterday I opened issue #144 upstream [1] to suggest changing the use of
linux-c7 in the Makefile to linux-rl9 as soon as possible. 

Should we wait for such a commit? Or does our ports system behave reliably
enough if we want to work with linux-rl9, but steam-utils actually wants to
have all DEPS for linux-c7 (Makefile:l140-146)?
