The page mentions the .ini file, but it should state yaml indeed.
If you create the .ini file, bazarrr will try to convert it to yaml, unless the
config.yaml file already exists.

The `postgresql.enabled: true` is needed in the configuration to enable it.

Can you please start bazarr with debug enabled and check the logfile?
Please pastebin the config and the debug log and share those here.

After the weekend I will be able to re-test this myself. I had it running on
postgresql before so if it is not working now upstream has a regression.
