The gemspec file for this package based on the "latest" release 4.1.0 requires
versions of other gem modules that are no longer in the ports tree
(specifically puppet_forge < 6.0 and minitar ~> 0.9)

Ports now has puppet_forge 6.0 and minitar 1.0.2

I've asked the r10k maintainers to tag a new release, but in the meantime the
gemspec file in their main branch has already been patched.
