Update to pkg_replace-20240530

pkg_replace-20240530 has released.

*Rename option "--no-conf" -> "--no-configfile".
*Cleanup code.

pkg_replace-20240526:

*Improved the summary message.
*Fix build error.
*Cleanup options. Add "--no-verbose", "--no-config" and "--no-force-config",
etc.
