Intel posted v2.5.31 of the igb(4) driver to their site on 2024-05-08, though
the site currently flags the previous version, 2.5.30, as the latest.

Tested on a Protectli VP2410 and I haven't see any ill effects thus far.  I'll
update if I notice any issues that pop up.
