Hi there,

I am working on a project which requires the PostgreSQL extension Apache AGE.
Apache AGE adds graph database capabilities using the Cypher query language.

The extension depends on the PostgreSQL version. For this reason, I have
created ports for all PostgreSQL versions currently in the ports tree (12, 13,
14, 15 and 16).

Portfmt, portlint and poudriere show no problems. However, since this is my
first port submission, let me know if I can improve anything. If I am eligible,
I can take over maintenance of the ports.
