Console log starting signal-desktop

Built signal-desktop today, along with electron29, and it will not start: Upon
startup, the main window comes up with the signal logo, and the animated three
dots. It never proceeds.

Console output attached.

Platform: FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE, amd64.
