Patch for libzen

* Switch to GitHub which better suits how we handle ports in tree given that
we're tracking bleeding edge at this point
* Switch to CMake which brings us closer to other distributions and improves
build times
* Sanitize source code

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist)
Poudriere testport OK 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 14.0-RELEASE (amd64)
