The attached patch update devel/ocaml-lwt to the latest version, and bump-rev
all dependent ports transitively. The following changes are made to the port:

- New dependency on devel/ocaml-ocplib-endian, devel/ocaml-ppxlib and
  devel/libev
- Drop gmake and ocaml-ssl dependency
- SSL support will be moved into the security/lwt_ssl, following upstream
- Drop patches (merged upstream)
- Static PLIST
- The main loop driver defaults to libev
- USES ocaml:dune to simplify Makefile

Note: both PR 277779 and PR 277780 need to be applied first!
