    science/mmg: Improve port

    * Add patches to remove git build dependency
    * Remove "make test" target, test files aren't bundled and also
      also remove bash dependency
    * Patch perl script(s) using USES= shebangfix
    * Adjust Makefile to more closely follow Porters Handbook
