Patch for libiio

Backport upstream commit bb688d04294dda45e68dfaf13e3bc1187841e52a
Add USES= pathfix while at it

Compile tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

Poudriere testport OK 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 14.0-RELEASE (amd64)
