This is to document a known issue.

BorgBackup v1.4.0 calls an ACL (acl(3)) API acl_extended_link_np() which was
newly added in FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE and does not currently work on FreeBSD 13,
an attempt to do so will fail when trying to import the FreeBSD platform
module.

Upstream maintainer filed a bug for himself,
https://github.com/borgbackup/borg/issues/8269 and assigned it to milestone for
1.4.1.  The 1.4.0 release has been marked BROKEN on FreeBSD 13 for now.

archivers/py-borgbackup12 v1.2.8 is available on FreeBSD 13.
