There are two another workaround for a recent poudriere-devel:

1) Either disable PACKAGE_FETCH_BRANCH and build from scratch, or
2) add failing ports into PACKAGE_FETCH_BLACKLIST

I decided for 1) and all ports were compiled successfully.

Now, I end up with 100+ warnings/infos like:

"Inspecting dns/bind-tools | bind-tools-9.18.27_1: determining shlib
requirements"

But that is not the scope of #280270, and IMHO it doesn't hurt.
