Patch of the Makefile to take over MAINTAINER

Hi,

I know this software isn't developped any more, but I still use it, and it
works simple and with little resources. I very much prefer it over phplist or
mailman.

After my most recent update of the OS, it started to fail with mainly sendmail
blaming to not like single LFs anymore:

421 4.5.0 Bare linefeed (LF) not allowed

So I patched tlb (The List Batcher) to make sure it doesn't send any single LFs
to sendmail anymore. Also at the same time I updated a few lines with warnings
regarding undefined variables in the script.

I mainly wanted to make sure, that maybe other users can profit from my
updates, but at the same time thought, I could as well take over maintenance
for this port.

Attached please find the patch for the Makefile and the additional
'files/patch-tlb' containing my patches to the latest release version of tlb.
