This came up when I tried to install www/baikal in a different rootdir. Repro cmd: pkg -r /some/different/root install baikal-php83 Observe: tons of POST-INSTALL errors that look for 'php_config.h' in the wr= ong place. See https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/issues/2132 for more discussion about th= is widespread issue in the Ports collection.
