On 64 bit ARM, 14-STABLE and 15-CURRENT, llvm-devel-18.0.d20240124_1 fails to
package with the error

pkg-static: Unable to access file
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/devel/llvm-devel/work-default/stage/usr/local/llvm-devel/lib/clang/18/include/profile/instr_prof_interface.h:No
such file or directory
