Since the update to 2023.3.2 I am unable to use CLion.
Whenever I open a project, the CMake panel doesn't show anything other than the
text "Nothing to show".
CMake targets do not load so there's nothing to build.

I have the same behavior on various projects that worked with 2023.2.
I have also deleted the cmake-build-* and the .idea folders without any
success. 

Any ideas?
