Can you show full command line?

For me with KDE5 this command line work fine:
/usr/local/bin/x11vnc -env FD_XDM=1 -auth /var/run/sddm/* -dontdisconnect
-display :0 -noxfixes -noxdamage -forever -rfbport 5900 -shared -rfbauth
/usr/local/x11vnc/passwd -oa /var/log/x11vnc.log
