[PATCH] USES=gssapi: allow provider choice using DEFAULT_VERSIONS

Here is a patch that adds gssapi to DEFAULT_VERSIONS and makes the necessary
changes to an example port (in this case, mail/dovecot) for end-users to use
DEFAULT_VERSIONS to select their gssapi provider instead of port OPTIONS.

Let me know if this is suitable and I will make the necessary changes to all
ports that enable GSSAPI support and submit a patchset for it.
