'deskutils/paperless' upstream GitHub project was archived in 2021. The drop in
replacement (paperless-ngx) of the drop in replacement (paperless-ng) is
packaged as 'deskutils/py-paperless-ngx'. I do not see a reason to keep the
dead original project. So I kindly request to deprecate and remove
'deskutils/paperless'.
