Attachment #241691 needs to be updated for proper INSTALL_... uses as per ยง
5.17.1 Porter's Handbook.  You can't just use INSTALL_PROGRAM for all of these
files.

Also, your do-install target does not install the library files correctly.  You
need to install a libfoo.so.x.y.z and a symlink to that from libfoo.so.x and
libfoo.so.  Please check and correct the do-install target.
