            Bug ID: 277218
           Summary: devel/gnulib not PREFIX-safe with DEVELOPER-mode on
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: mi@ALDAN.algebra.com

Trying to build the port with DEVELOPER=yes triggers the below error for me,
because my LOCALBASE is /opt, rather than the more commonly-used /usr/local:

Error: '/usr/local/bin/clisp' is an invalid shebang you need USES=shebangfix
for 'share/gnulib/lib/uniname/gen-uninames.lisp'

The fix is simple enough. No PORTREVISION-rise is necessary, because the common
case is not affected.
