Patch to update Makefile and distinfo

Release version 15 to include latest changes:

Build with llhttp instead of http-parser (761423d)
Fix issue introduced in http-parser -> llhttp conversion (819970c)
Include parameter to indicate endpoint (#117) (4b7656b)

Avoid usage of unused variable (#128) (c39b6dd)
