                OS: Any

1. Nothing exists at https://github.com/Dreamacro/clash
2. 6 years old code exists at https://github.com/fossabot/clash

I have code that goes back 9 months: https://github.com/yonasBSD/clash

Should I take over the project? This is a Chinese censorship related project,
so people using it might really depend on it - i.e. not to be taken lightly.

Perhaps we should create an Internet Censorship Working Group and donate the
code the them.
