Originally seen on 13.2-RELEASE-p11 amd64, reported by another on 14.1, now
seen on 14.2-RELEASE amd64.

To Replicate:

* Install `wireshark` pkg 

* Start wireshark from the command line 

* Note that it fails to start with

start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the
application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: minimal, vnc, xcb, vkkhrdisplay, offscreen.

 ** (wireshark:64338) Aborting on fatal log level exception
