With the version of imdsv2-get, and enabling "Metadata IPv6 endpoint" during
instance launch, it is now possible to automatically install authorized_keys
for ipv6 only instance.

Tested on AMI name "FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE-arm64 UEFI-PREFERRED base
UFS-prod-f6vw3weijq7py" and Instance type t4g.micro only. This looks trivial,
so I went ahead and submitted it.
