GlusterFS was marked as "broken" and set to be removed next month from Ports.

I've created a simple PR that reverts that status and adds the LDFLAGS to allow
it to compile and run as normal.

I'm actively running this on FreeBSD 14.1 right now without any noticeable
issues.

Can someone with write access get this updated?

Also, let's start looking at version bumping GlusterFS to current upstream.
