    databases/xtrabackup81: Mark BROKEN, deprecate and set expiration date to
2025-01-31

    Fails to build, "error: integer value -1 is outside the valid range of
values [0, 3] for the enumeration type"
    Deprecate as its unsupported and point users to databases/xtrabackup84
